I was so impressed with the professional manner that the facilitators used as well as the depth of their knowledge & intuition. “I was diagnosed with an inflamed shoulder which had severely restricted my range of motion and had me in high levels of pain all day, every day, to the point of needing narcotics just to function. Working with Helios Healing, alongside a Dr. of Physical Therapy, in just a couple months my pain has decreased by 90% and my range of motion increased by 50-60%! I no longer need narcotics or even over the counter pain relievers. Seattle is very intuitive and also a fantastic practitioner of trigger point massage. Her thorough communication about what she is doing and what is happening in the body has been so educational and helped me become more in tune with myself. Under her care I can feel my muscles moving, melting, and going back into place. She has been a wonderfully compassionate care giver on my team, and I will continue to go to her for massage as long as I can.
